Business Week recently ran a story called
"Shutting Down a GMAT Cheat Sheet". In brief, the test publisher of the Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT), the test you need to pass to get into most Business schools, won its lawsuit against a website that sold the GMAT questions and answers.

Here is where things get interesting, though. Not only was the test publisher awarded a large monetary settlement. They were given control of the website’s domain as well as possession of the hard drive containing the payment information of anyone who bought cheat sheets from the site.

What might happen as a result? Over a thousand people could have their GMAT scores canceled, be banned from future GMAT tests, and thus be kicked out of Business School.

Needless to say, we are very interested about how this will play out.
